Our stay at My Chiangmai was an outstanding experience! Clean, spacious rooms and lobby/breakfast lounge, great pool and most of all superb staff! Very friendly, happy, cheerful and super helpful. What a lovely welcome from staff. The receptionist in particular was so kind & helpful. Unfortunately, We were only there for one day. The room was a good size and clean. Pillows were very comfortable. This lovely hotel was located in a good area. So you could easily walk to restaurants & markets from here. A good value for money hotel.

We spent a wonderful 10 days here recently. Despite a few minor issues on checking in with water and electricity which was very quickly resolved by management we had a fantastic stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful, the place was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable. The location was quiet but yet close to everything. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay enjoyable and we would certainly recommend. Excellent value for money.
